"We've ordered these ornaments a few years in a row now. Never had any issues, it's usually a decent print and clean cut. This year the quality of the print and cut seems to have dropped. We ordered 3 ornaments of the same photo and on each of them you could see the black cut line, and two of them the cut didn't actually match the cutline - it was slightly rotated. Luckily we ordered one to keep for ourselves, so we kept the worst one and used the other two for gifts as intended. Product Details
Photo Ornaments are printed on specially-coated aluminum with a high gloss finish. We use a special dye infusion process that prints directly on coated aluminum sheets, resulting in a beautiful, luminescent print.
Photos are printed on both sides of the ornament so they’re ready to twirl.
Each ornament has a pre-punched hole with a festive red ribbon for hanging. For ornaments purchased for non-holiday gifts or events, simply swap out the ribbon for white ribbon, twine, or colorful yarn.

Can I use Instagram photos for Ornaments?
Yes! Our ornaments are perfect for Instagram photos.
A Note on Cropping
Our Photo Ornaments are always printed full bleed. Due to the nature of full bleed printing and trimming, we recommend keeping all important subjects at least 0.25” from the edge of the crop lines shown on the cropping menu or print preview. Full bleed products can be cropped up to an additional 0.25” from this preview so we recommend keeping all vital limbs, heads, and text away from these crop lines.
